2026 Player Booster Dues Information
As we prepare for the 2026 season, all returning players are required to complete their annual Booster Club dues. These dues help fund essential program needs, equipment, team events, and overall support for our athletes.

- Amount: $500
- Deadline: May 15th
- Requirement: All returning players
- Motto: Pay It or Raise It
💰 Your Two Options
1. Pay Directly to the Booster Club
Families may pay the full $500 Booster Fee directly. If you choose this option, you do NOT need to participate in the Calendar Fundraiser, unless you would like to.
2. Raise the Funds Through the Calendar Fundraiser
Players may choose to raise their dues instead of paying out of pocket.
The Calendar Fundraiser can be used to cover:
- Booster Fee: $500
- Team Camp Fee: $350
- Total Possible to Raise: $850
If you’d like to cover both fees through fundraising, the calendar option is available to you.

- Participation in the Calendar Fundraiser is optional if you are paying your fees directly.
- If you plan to raise your fees, be sure to complete the fundraiser in full to meet the May 15th deadline.

Make sure you and your player are on InstaTeam for all team communication.
InstaTeam is the primary communication tool for DV Football. Important updates, schedules, reminders, and announcements are shared through the app—so it’s essential that both parents and players are connected.

🔑 Step 2: Join Your Class Group Using the Correct Code
Use the team code that matches your athlete’s graduating class:
- Class of 2027 & 2028 — Enter code HUNUMH
- Class of 2029 — Enter code HUN42N
Once you’re in, make sure notifications are enabled so you don’t miss schedule changes, camp info, or booster updates.
📝 Returning Player To‑Do List
Make sure your athlete is fully prepared for pre‑season and the regular season.
To ensure every returning player is eligible, equipped, and ready to compete, please complete the following items. These steps support safety, compliance, and a smooth start to the season.
📄 1. Parent/Player Contract
Review and sign the DV Football Parent/Player Contract. This agreement outlines expectations for commitment, conduct, communication, and program standards.
🩺 2. Updated Sports Physical
A current sports physical is required for all athletic participation. Physicals must be completed on the approved AIA forms and remain valid through the entire season.

🏈 3. Registration Forms (DV Football + Aktivate)
All returning players must complete two required registrations:
- DV Football Registration Form — Program‑specific information needed for communication, equipment planning, and team operations.
- Ahttps://www.registermyathlete.com/login/ktivate Registration — Mandatory for all high school athletes. This platform handles official school athletic clearance, eligibility verification, and required documentation.
Complete both registrations early to avoid delays in participation.
🎓 4. Recruiting Interest Forms (Optional)
If your athlete is interested in playing football beyond high school, completing online recruiting questionnaires is a great first step. These forms help college coaches identify prospective student‑athletes and begin building a recruiting profile.
🛡️ Personal Helmet Reconditioning & Certification
If your player uses their own personal helmet, it must be reconditioned, recertified, and repainted before August practices begin.
To ensure safety and compliance with high school football standards, all personal helmets must be serviced by an approved reconditioning provider. This process verifies that the helmet meets current safety requirements and matches DV Football’s official color specifications.

If you choose Riddell for reconditioning, use the following DV‑approved color specifications:
- Helmet Color: 2015 Army Gold – 2915
- Facemask Color: Navy – 09
🛠️ 7. Additional Reconditioning Resource
If using another certified reconditioning company, be sure they match the same DV Football color standards:

⏳ Timing Reminder
Reconditioning can take 6-8 weeks sometimes longer —especially during summer rush. Submit helmets early to ensure they are returned before the start of August practices.

We encourage every family to volunteer for at least three games per season. Your time and energy make a meaningful difference and help keep our program strong.

Help set up and run the tunnel before Varsity games, creating an electric entrance and high‑energy environment for our players 🎧🎶💥. - 🎓 Senior Night Committee
Support one of our most special traditions by helping plan and execute Senior Night celebrations 🎉📸. - ⭐ So Much More!
